When should I arrive?

Make sure that you arrive at the check-in at least an hour before your group interval  time. Allow yourself enough time to park, check in and warm up.

Can I buy ticket at the door?

No, all the tickets are purchased online or through bank transfer.

How long does it take to run the course?

Finish time depends on you and your team, on whether you are competitive by nature or you are doing the course just for the fun of it. The average finish time is 1,5 hour.

Will there be medical help?

Yes. Several first aid teams will be positioned along the course, ready to assist immediately if medical help is needed.

But please consider the following: the course is a cross country course which will lead you through woods and bushes, ditches, and climbing obstacles as well as uneven ground with potential hidden roots or wires and water and/or slippery surfaces. We therefore point out that injuries may occur through falls, stumble, twists, slips etc. when overcoming the obstacles or on the course. Additional risks may be caused by falls of other participants thus jeopardizing their co-runners. Therefore, we ask you to adjust your running speed and behavior based on what you see around you, the respective obstacle and to the rush on the course.

Who can participate?

Everyone over the age of 16 is welcome. Fit, unfit, male or female – everyone can be Illyrian and everyone would make it to the finish line.

Should I train for ILLYRIAN RACE?

For Elite category is necessary to have medium to high level of preparation. For the open category there is a minimal training.

What info is required to register?

Your email, name and surname.

When is the deadline for registration?

To see a specific deadline for online registrations, go to our EVENT. Note that the closer to the event you get, the more prices will increase. Signing up early will save you money and make it easier to recruit friends.

What do I receive after I register?

You will receive a confirmation mail. This is your ticket. Additionally, in the week before the event we will send you two more emails with useful info such as recommendations, list of must-haves and directions how to reach us.

I have not yet received a confirmation email. What do I do?

Please, check your SPAM folder first. If you still can’t find the confirmation mail, give us a shout at info@trailrunningalbania.com and we’ll fix things up.

Can I switch between categories?

You can, but not later than two weeks before the event date.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else/another event?

Yes. Changes are possible up to two weeks before the event date. Change fees may apply. Give us a shout at info@trailrunningalbania.com and we’ll fix things up.

Can I get a refund?

We only issue refunds if we cancel the event. We do not provide refunds under any other circumstances.

Are there any team discounts?

Do I need a team to participate?

Not necessarily. If you don’t have a team, do not hesitate to buy an individual ticket. You will not be bored, not even for a minute. You will run side-by-side with hundreds of other participants).

How much do tickets cost?

It depends. Group tickets are cheaper than individual ones. Besides, prices increase the closer to the event you wait. Signing up early will save you money and make it easier to recruit friends.

What does the price include?

There could be some minor differences depending on the specific event and venue. The registration fee always includes your entry, t-shirt, and medallion and a surprising event.

What payment methods are available?

Tickets are available exclusively online up to 10 days before the event date. You can buy tickets at the door as well, but keep in mind that prices will be significantly more expensive than they are online

INSURANCE
Illyrian is a medium risky event. You must be insured in the best way. As Illyrian  does not belong to any sport federation we are proposing you an individual accident insurance. This is not mandatory but it is on your personal responsibility to check that you have all requested insurances in place with your personal private insurances regarding individual accident purpose or medical transfer purpose for this kind of events. The organizer could not be asked for any financial fee link to those issues.
